I used to experience all of those things. I thought that the way to achieving what I wanted was by working harder, but I only succeeded in becoming exhausted, frustrated and feeling unfulfilled. Then I started to learn more about energy - through Feng Shui I learned about our physical environments and the affect they have on us and our energy. But I also learned more about the energy of our thoughts, beliefs, emotions and actions.

I learned that it's more important to be aware of where and how we're using our energy. To be clear about the things that energize us and the things that drain us. If you want to accomplish something new, you won't do it with old, tired energy. When you're aware of just how your energy is being used and how different things affect you, then you focus more on doing things that energize you. This makes your life a lot easier.

When you manage your energy in this way you give yourself an energetic edge. Since I learned how to do this I am much less tired and frustrated. I don't feel stuck any more and I accomplish so much more by working less.
